Yes there is. The courtyard Kingston on frank sottile BLVD. New and in a clean area. Less than 2 miles from the river.

Jonathan/Chris - what is the hotel we stayed at last year? It wasn't close but it wasn't extremely far away. I think we had to stay further out because football game in the area.
