Is there a noise law on the river? I have my boat running turndowns in Nh and was going to take them off.

Thats what I assumed, I didn't find much online. I have turndowns on now and they are like a prius!

You won't have a problem with noise but you will have a problem if you blow through the no wakes which seem to come up every 5 mins. and if you are killing the 45 mph speed limit it will be a problem, especially in a "Offshore" speed boat. I went once a few years ago and had a great time but when all the cops show up its no fun for me.
I drive a speedboat because I want to go fast if I want to be hassled for going fast I'll just take my car for a whip on the highway, don't need it on the water.

I wouldnt worry about it. as long as youre being save they shouldnt bother you. i never have issue
