Nothing to apologize for outlw36, it was just that weeks ago I was asked to set aside this date and start looking into getting a chopper.
I was in constant contact for some time and then communications had ended. No response to texts or voice mails.
Thanks to Chris I finally found out here on the forum that a decision was made not to do a chopper.
Just disappointed in the lack of courtesy to tell me that I could stop looking rather than have my messages ignored...

EVERYONE!!!!!!, We are exactly 21 DAYS from our event... I need everyone that has not paid to get me payment ...either PayPal or mail me a check for covering ramp fees at Stony Point Marina and also each crew member including Captains for lunch. I only have OSO call names for some...I do not know who you are...I need full names and info please. I know everyone is very busy but getting these things done before our event will make things much easier on Jonathon and I the morning of the event...PLEASE GET PAYMENT AND PERSONAL INFO TO ME ASAP !!!! The morning of the event I will need all Captains to report to me prior to launching your boat so we can check you and your crew members in. We want to be on plane by 11:15am so please all be diligent with your timing....Jonathon and I also need to get our boats ready for the run...Thank you all for your assistance and we look forward to seeing everyone soon.

Hi guys. Sorry to be a little absent this year. I have a lot going on in my life, some good, some bad. But I have everything taken care of at the marina as well as the restaurant. Thanks a lot to my little brother Chris for helping out as much as you do. I know how much you have going on in your life as well. This is turning out to be another great run. There are about another 10 boats from the stony point area that are not on Chris's list.


Tim, I apologize if I have not been able to keep in contact with you enough as maybe I should have.
Just so everyone understands, It's not that we don't want Tims great pictures and video. It's just that the pilot we used 2 years ago is not doing this kind of stuff anymore, and last year we had some help from our friend Joe. The price for the helicopter alone this year has more then doubled. Both Tim and I have searched around for someone a little more reasonable and had no luck.

I am very excited to see old faces as well as some new ones this year.
