Dont just settls on one place look around and check things out,the port of blarneys has slips,,they were soppose to be dredging and adding locked gated slips...their slip rate is 1000.00 per season,,you can keep your boat pluged in at your slip and ride the princess to blarneys island and not have to worrie about being intoxicated and driving back to your boat slip drunk,,the ferrry is free if you have a slip at the port of blarneys..they also have dry dock incase you want to leave your boat up their and out of the water on the trailer and you can put it in for the weekend..

Theirs also a place called rustic harbor that has nice slips and its inbetween all the action off of rt 12..i can name more but alot of them let their place fo bur to tne economy,,if you want to keep your boat on a lift look up electric harbor,he has a ton of slips with lifts..

I cruised around the chain on sunday....I went all over grass lake, nippersink, fox lake, pistakee, down the river to the damn and back. We stopped and made a few 100mph passes on the east side of fox lake. Water level was a little low and there was some large wood floating around....you guys in your 70mph boats should have no problem seeing debris in calm water conditions. Water level has raised 8 inches since sunday. All in all it was a great day, we had 4 boats in my group, everyone made it back safely.
