Water pumps fit and the Stellings headers are huge. Will know in a couple days what hatch we will need either a raised race hatch or a flat with scoops still debating.

Default Cutting #6 Drive holes nerve racking

We have been looking forward to this day as well a dreading it cutting the hole for #6 drives.
Checked 4 times , went to sleep, got up went out to the shop, looked again , spread the drives outward 1/2 '' , went back to sleep. re cked in the morning . all good , cut the holes . mounts are all cut , lowered the engines 2'' , alining the engines and installing mounts today and tomorrow.

My understanding it was built as a race boat in 90-91 and sat on the shelf never rigged. I do know there wasn't a hole or wire one in it when I bought it.

Running into a hurdle , the shortest drive shaft is 10'', the double sea pump is hitting the bulk head and still can't get the 10'' shaft in

We went to mount the starboard engine , the outer engine stringer was soft in 3 spots, did a test hole , was wet , Going to cut it out and build a new one , should take a day to rebuild, the other stingers are good

Speaking of holes,
We bout got everything drilled fitted. Then pulling everything to restore the bilge. Here's a shot of the 5 1/2" cannons sticking out the transom we will have to trim these a little. You can't see the rest till we restore the bilge. (Sorry) Heee
