We will call this "ME" time. I have been waiting almost 3 years to finally get my own project underway, so here we go.

First we remove the ugly azz thingy hanging out back and make her a straight back with full transom and stringers being replace...not bad just because I want it that way. The tanks were leaking and needed replace anyway. New tanks dry fitted and now to remove all wiring and cables to start fresh there also. This is with 2 days into it and I will continue this week as we progress.

Brian, what are we looking at year / length.

This is the 1992 39 Express Cat I bought last year. Finished the trailer last winter and "hope" to have boat in the water come spring.

Main transom core in, now I have to decide what the hatch area is going to look like before going much further.
