Where have people been making room reservations? I'm thinking about taking my son since it is pretty close by. I can't tell from the course map what hotels are nearby.

Where the course is, this race will be on the St John,s river, on the lower end is the security zone for NAS Jacksonville.
the downtown area hotels would be a good choice, as well as the ones in Orange park making it a short drive down roosevelt Blvd.

That is a great spot for the course, nice and wide there! Where will the spectator fleet be, above the blue line? I might just have to bring the F1 up and watch it from water.
