That math wasn't right for the super cat class, I guess it was a typo...Every boat is worth the same amount based on the number of boats in each class.

Tony,
Order the engines already. The more boats the more money and no rebuilds. How can you refuse?

Will i like my 6000 rebuilds for 2 engines...I can beat the poop out of them...How does the math work? wil i kinda miss u ...blow Grattton your neighbor a kiss for me...wil we will see you soon buddy...

How do they get 22,500 with only 3 boats and catlite has 8 and gets the same..My math grade wasnt that bad...

If your correct ..you would have to be a Moron to buy an 850..because the 525 is alot cheaper with the same prize money..
Correct????

byrideroffshore 05-01-2007 08:09 PM

Ryan is this correct???

Ryan Beckley 05-01-2007 08:16 PM

I think it is correct with the 15,000 prize money that Merc adds to the 850 class.

Hey Tony

:D The $ are correct. The purse is divided by the number of boats thus the class with the most get highest purse. I got 9k and contingency money for Greer's Ferry and a personel bet of mine to a friend in New Orleans for 5k. (Thanks A.J.!) Around 20 k for me at this race. I think that might be history for me, I actually made $!
The 850's are also collecting Mercury support to the tune of 15k a race for the class. That's why the high purse in 850.

Stan

PS I won 25k at Tickfaw 200 and still lost $ because of my Blower motors in my 40 Skater (acting up),
The plus about the travel is new places with great people , no knock to Florida venues cause I have been to most and they were always great.

Stan I knew you were on this prize money deal..thats pretty fair..Kostelac in post number 4 said that doesnt include the Mercury money...he probably just sippin too much diesel fuel..
so the real purse was 8000...

SVL4 05-01-2007 08:56 PM

Tony,
Take your own advise put 525 that you can afford and try beating the best field ever in any class.Equal power, its all about skill. You already have the boat and the talent. With 10 SCL the purse will be insane.
