Thanks BBlades and a Memorial Day Request
#11
Thank you Campbells for the incredible words. I feel almost embarrased to be included in this tribute thread. I must say, great customers spawn great customer service. The Campbells make you want to do better than your very best.
Since the oportunity is here, I would like to say thank you publically, to the staff at BBLADES. Bob, Brandon, Joe, Paul, Josh and Kim. We couldn't do this without everybody's commitment.
The weekend upon us creates a very hetic enviroment in a custom propeller shop. We tend to forget the real meaning of Memorial day. It shouldn't be, who has the best Hi-Perf set up, it should be, remember those who have gone before us to allow us to compete and play with these over grown toys we love, called powerboats.
To my Father, Kenneth Anderson, who spent 4 years in the Army during the Korean war, 1.5 of which were spent a few miles south of PanMunJom just up from the ImJim river serving his country. His group was considered 100% casualty! Fortunately he is still with us at 72 years of age. To my partner Bob's Dad, Fred Lucht, who spent 4 years in the Navy. To my wifes cousin William Grimm, shot down and killed in Desert storm and to all the men and women who have come and gone before us and continue to serve us today, We thank, honor and remember you!
We all have some one in our lives we know who have been affected, Let's all remember them this weekend with a little food and drink and fellowship.
