Default OSS Eases Entry for First Time Racers

The OSS Board of Directors has created a package to help offshore race teams to experience racing with the Offshore Super Series.

The package allows teams to pay only $500 for Hull Registration for their first race. The actual fee is $2,250. If a team decides to continue racing with OSS, at their next OSS race, the regular hull fee is paid minus the $500.

This offer is not available for the Worlds.

Race teams will still be responsible for registering riding crew ($300 each), non-racing crew ($100 each), and Race Site Registration ($1,500).

Ray Delaney, President of the OSS Board of Directors, said “It is our sincere hope that this package offers encouragement to any team who before was undecided. We believe in our product and believe once someone races with us, they will wish to continue.”

This entry package will begin in OSS’s upcoming race in Orange Beach, Alabama. Thunder on the Gulf is August 17 – 19.

For more information, call OSS headquarters at (228)594-1965.
