When APBA offered this in the past, you paid a lower registration fee, the normal race entry fee and if you won any money, they took out the complete yearly registration fee from the winnings.

From word of mouth people are staying at Trump Marina, Harrah's and the Borgata.
The 3 make almost a triangle around each other.
