Thomas,
Never replaced the door, the door itself was actually fine, made out of some type of composite/plastic. I did recover the door in white vinyl, looks great. Sometimes the door can rub on the underside of the deck, I used a thin insulation on the underside of the deck to avoid that problem.
Why did you take the door out? Are you having a problem with it?

What I did was order a new plastic door from the OL and I used carbon fiber look vinyl and used 3m spary adhesive and glued it only to one side of the door. On mine there was carpet on the top of the hull where the door rides to avoid scratching, i replaced that with vinyl as well for more clearance. I also got the new billet hardware as well from them. Very easy, but make sure you get the new door makes it side so much easier.
The door itself looks pretty rough, it has stains and scratches on it that won't come off/out. So, while I'm updating the cabin, I'm going to do something with the door. It also doesn't slide very well, so I need to think of a way to make that better. How did you do the vinyl on your door? Was it like a wrap? I think it would be pretty cool to do a wrap with the OL oval symbol or just have it say OL down the middle but I'm not sure if it would adhere to the composite the door is made of. Please let me know how you did yours. Thanks!

Thanks for chiming in, sounds like a nice upgrade! Can you tell me where you got the vinyl? Was it something you ordered online or got local? Can you post some pics or send some to my email? I appreciate the information!
