Yes it was in Middletown RI. I offered $2500.00 with all the spare parts and then sold them on ebay for $2100.00 biggest thing I sold was a complete TRS set up for $1600.00 now I think it was to cheap. When I bought the boat I did't know what a TRS drive was.

Just dynod it last week with terrible results...550 HP. Looks like I should have changed my Screen Name to
Pantera 28-550HP (severely underpowered). We're going to slip the cam in on the dyno and run it again before I do my other mods - Jessel Shaft Rockers, Larger injectors, a reprogrammed ECU on the dyno and CMI Exhaust.

I at least will get to my 650HP for sure. I'm planning my next engine already, a 540-572 naturally aspirated, fuel injected beast!! Should be around 700 HP. But that engine is a year or so away.

Hey kirk , glad to hear you were down on power 550 hp isn't enough in that boat to do what your looking for , I dynoed at a little better than 650 hp hope to run mid to high 70's .
I was in Miami on the 3rd and 4th and spent some time at the shop with Jo and Pepe , I still have a way's to go with my boat but it is coming along and they are doing a great job rigging the engine as we speak . Looks great .

Speed buff , thanks for the compliment , spent alot of time on details of the engine, it's nice to see someone noticed . Have you pulled the trigger on a 28 or are you still shopping . I might make it down the end of the week for the boat show maybe we can hook up and I'll get you a ride on Mike Berg's Cobra powered 28 . I have been out a few times with him and that run's real strong .

What do you guys think about going with a crossover system to clean up the engine on a BBC that is a little better than stock ? And what would be the hot setup ?
