They are asking 95k in the classifieds.
I still think that is alot of $$$.
Boats like this just aren't commanding $.
Ask Jody165 or SemperFi... both of their boats were the sh!t.
And they had to give them away.

And yes, my 24 at 75 on gps / 78-79 on speedo was a rush, and a bit hairy, but like i said, you don't have to run it that way. So the speed shouldn't scare you.
And if you didn't want an engine like that, so you can't go fast, what would you have to do?? Sell the blower motor and put in a 525? You'd probably lose money on that deal.

I inquired about this boat a few yrs back and they had no desire about selling w/o the motor.
I thought for 45 w/ no motor would be a good deal, or even 65 w/ the motor. I could have bought alberts boat for, what... mid 30s??
Could have bought Jody165 38 larry smith w/ twin blower motors. Boat did well over 100mph w/ 6pack bolsters for 75-80. So this... at 90+ to me seems overpriced. just my $0.02.

Lets see how this auction goes.

Nick you have been their done that and respect what speeds are all about, being a racer gives me more time to think when I`m pleasure riding and you see people doing stupid things in open water without a life jacket and two kids in the back bench.

i think albert and bruce boat are mid 90 models. if the boat really has 3 hours with a high dollar 800 + blower motor, xr drive ,hydraulic steering, nice aluminum trailer, and is a 2003 possibly never titled it certainly should be worth $ 90,000. i think the racier cockpit and limited cabin are what hold it back to the average buyer with a family.there must be atleast $ 50,000 in the running gear alone. my wife would not be happy with a boat with that racier cockpit and no sunpad.it is a beautiful boat in my opinion and would make a great boat to go for a 3 hour blast in .

I would think they would sell it faster w/o the power. probably worth 50k. If the boat was a full pleasure setup, it would be worth 90k, maybe more. But not everyone wants a big azz blower motor and a race setup. I think the buyers market would be stronger if you separate them.

BINGO!!!
Would you say Memoli's boat sold fairly easily??
You guys gotta admit, buying a boat w/ big power(that you have no real history of) is a bit unnerving. Building you own power you know what you've got...
I was told once by a very wise man, to look for a boat w/o drivetrain... and put your own in it. When you sell take it out and to the next boat. Kinda makes sense, just not so easy finding boats w/o power.
