Yeah, me too! It will be really interesting dynoing it. I will do my best to get a pull on the dyno with the Gen III's when everything is set and tuned.

Test mounted a piston to check the clearance of the rod bearings and now I have to get new bearings... Only ~.002 clearance and am looking for ~.003. Got the last set from a engine builder and will mount the pistons tomorrow. Finally...

Does anyone have a 8mm pulley for a 8-71 blower laying around?!

Looking for 50, 51 or 52 tooth pulleys.

Tomas you want to be at around 2.5 to 2.8 clearance all the way around. 2 is a bit tight unless you run real thin oil which is not good for a blower motor.

Yep, I got the .001 eXtra clearance bearings yesterday. That will get me to around .003 clearance with the rod bearings, same as the mains.

The Pantera should be repaired and ready to mount the fueltank and floor this weekend.

Are they same as on a 14-71 ;-)?
If yes I might know a few...but they are accustomed to Top Fuel.
