We went with 28 deg timing to make it real reliable and 86/96 on the jets.
Ended up with 825hp@5800 and 815ft-lbs@4000 (the chart begins at 4000 and drops in a straight line to 765ft-lbs@5800 so we probably have about 840-850ft-lbs as the most.
This is with the waterpump and generator connected and real true numbers. Usually there are a 40-50hp difference from a dyno in the US from the ones we have here. Our ones are true corrected and real numbers...

Now it's in the water! We just went for a quick ride since it's been raining all day. It pulls real good!!! Did not connect the gps. Will go for a longer ride tomorrow, will post the results later!
