looked at that boat last year.
its in rough shape and has been sitting unused for a long time.
its a project but the owner thinks its pristine

I offered her 30 for it (she was asking 36) and she looked at me like I just insulted her. I felt like 30 was a reasonable if not high offer given the amount that would need to go into it.
