These? never seen a Marine engine with the oil filter on the bottom before.Anyone ever put these in a boat thats run like what we do to them.Not some ski boat

Well true enough they are a new product. But from enough research the ls engines are amazing for the power they produce for what they are

Nice looking package though and as stated the LS is a great platform.

There used to be a saying of ( no replacement for displacement) but now that the ls engines hit the market and were being hot rodded that term is now questionable. And even more so with turbos or superchargers added to them producing 1000+hp on pump gas. Sorry for the ford fans I just like chevys but truth be known if you have enough money you can make whatever happen that you want to happen

I think the 28 is better balanced with twin small blocks,rather than twim B/B.Still not sure what I want as my next boat was thinking 36 but all the ramps by me are short and at low tide are going to be a problem for a 36.

Would like to see a speed estimate with twin S/B and the stepped hull.I local guy put the 400hp 383s in a 292 and saw 80 so I would think that the Pantera would see low 80s

I dont have problem with ramp i just need to get a trackhoe with swamp tracks to make slu deep enough at low tide. But I could go down the road to next public ramp or just better yet go to lake martin(party waters) and just hang there for a weekend. But all I can do now is work until I can get another boat and the only one it will be is a PANTERA
