Once I get to testing the new stuff I'll get something going again. Never had any luck finding a used extension box, and still having a hard time dropping $3k on a maybe yes maybe no proposition... Seems like that $3k would be better spent stuffing more air into the engine. But, for now I'm going the NA route, so the motor won't look much different (from the outside :D ) and then I'm going to start messing with propshaft height and props.

Cool vid Sean!! Nice Airing it out a bit.
The project on your old boat is kinda standing still until the weather breaks here. But, I do need to start getting some interior work done in the next few weeks. Already have the front seats (bought new) but still need bases, goint to build a new back seat myself. Already found vinyl that matches real well to the buckets. I figure I'll wait on the side panels until I have the seats mounted - those should be fairly easy. Keep us posted on your progress. Tom - I look forward to seeing your thread - as always on here, take lots of pics! |
KICK AZZ videos Sean. The boat looks and sounds great. I have yet to even start my boat up and I probobly won't until after 4/15 :( Thanks for fueling the fire. :boat:

Andy, I hear you. I'm a 3/15 guy and the motor project is kind of a blessing in disguise because I'm buried at work right now!
Tim, it was super flat out and I was doing "showtime" for the helicopter. Tabs all the way up and a bit over on the drive. Plus trying to pop it out with the throttle... The video get's me stoked! I'm glad you guys like it! |
