Attention Pantera Teammates Old And New
I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!
Hello to all... apologies for the mass mailing.
I know you all either as family, friends or work associates.
My son Jonathan was diagnosed at Halloween this past year with an inoperable brain tumor, and we just returned from our three month MRI analysis today with the news that it has grown in size and now is invading his brain stem. Jonathan continues to be our lovable happy little boy who is looking forward to being six this April 10th.
We begin radiation therapy this Thursday five days a week for six week. They cannot tell us much about our future beyond the fact that a non aggressive tumor of this type usually gives 3 to 4 years of life expectancy.... and we seem to have the aggressive type.
I don't know what religion each of you subscribes to... if any at all.... but we could sure use some prayer and positive thoughts headed this way for my little boy.
I hope this finds you all enjoying life and taking advantage of each and every day to make sure that the special people in your life know that you love them.

Just wanted to let you know that my wife & I are praying for Jonathan ! That broke my heart , I came in here & read this minuets after putting our 4 & 8 year old daughters to bed....
About 2 years ago when our youngest daughter was around 2 yrs. old we noticed that she had trouble walking at times & that she seamed to have developed a limp. (esp. in the mornings) So after a few days we decided to take her to a bone specialist thinking that at worst she may have some sort of fracture or something... Well long story short & a few doctors later she was diagnosed with JRA ( Polyarticular juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis ) Needles to say that was a very big word for us & we had never heard of a 2 year old having arthritis. After hearing several doctors tell us that they don't know what causes JRA & that there is a good chance that it will continue to get worse because she had it in practicly every joint in her body , They then began to tell us that years down the road she may not even be able to walk on her own.... We were devastated & we knew we had no place to go but prayer to our lord & Savior Jesus Christ !!
Long story short again & after Many Many trips all over the state & 2 years later... She has been completley healed & has been taken off all of her medicine that the doctors said she would be on for a minumum of 5 years & possibly the rest of her life in increased dosages ! We just took her Friday for her bi-yearly eye exam that ties in with all the other doctors & he told us the same good news that her Rheumatoligist told us , That he doesn't need to see here for another year either ! She had several doctors that she seen on what started out on a monthly basis , then it turned into bi-monthly , then every 3 months , then every 6 , & on our last trip they were completly floored & couldnot believe how good she was doing & then said they will see us in a year !!
I said all that for two reasons... First & formost hoping that it brings some hope & faith to the situation !!!! & secondly to say that Nothing is to big or to small for an almighty God !!! Jonathan & his family are in our prayers & will also be in the prayers of our church.... We will also do all we can to help out....

we want to see jonathan in destin. i lost a young son and his mother as a result of a car accident. i dont like seeing children in pain.

when they are ready to race we better put them into a boat together. ok? mine just turned one thursday. i am so happy and a very proud daddy

Here is my little guy Mike. He loves any form of racing especially race boats and MX. He turned 2 on January 12.

& So sorry to hear about your family !! Just goes to show us all that you never know what that person on the other end of the computor , or that person sitting beside you somewhere ,ect..., ect.... Is or has been going through. We all get so wrapped up in our own little world that we forget that this world is full of hurting people untill it hits us !!!
God have mercy on all of us !!!

Father in Heaven, We confidently come before your throne of grace so that Jonathan & his family may recieve mercy & find grace in this time of need! We ask for your hand of love to touch Jonathan's body and heal him by your awesome power. Father, we thank you for your son Jesus who takes our curses upon himself and for the stripes of Jesus that heals us, and for granting our requests of healing for young Jonathan. Father, you alone are faithful & true, may this healing bring you the praise & glory that is due to your name. Amen!
