btw the kids are all cute as hell but ur all making the same mistakes my dad made when i was a kid lol my father was into drag racing, motorcycle drag racing, anything high power and i was around it my whole life. then when i got my licence at 17 years old and got my first speeding ticket 2 weeks later, and countless other tickets in the years to come my fater was pissed. how did he expect me to drive slow after all those years of growing up around speed and horsepower?

Same here Joe! My dad was all right about the tickets though. He got me out of a alot of them becuase I was from a a small town...
Although the other thing I'm worried about is that I'm setting him up for some unreasonable expectations as far as how he enjoys motorsports. I'm 6'2" and 260# and I don't fit on or in a lot of the stuff that I grew up enjoying (sport bikes, formula cars, karts etc.) and my boy is likely to be siginficantly bigger than me based on his growth charts and the size of my father in law... So, ultimately even if he got into motorsports, there's a limited type of vehicle he'll get to race and to be honest, he'll probably be at a disadvantage from a minimum weight requirement.
Which is why I hope I can get him to play baseball or wrestle!
My daughter says she wants to be a princess when she grows up, so I don't think I've got much to worry about there!
