Default 24 Pantera Props

Hi Guys,

I have a 24 Superboat which has a similar hull to the 24 Pantera. What kind of props are your guys running? I have a Mirage +, which blows out a lot. I have tried a Bravo with good results, any other ideas?

How much power dave? I have liked the 3 blade hydromotive with the 400hp 454 and had best luck with a bravo1 with a 509" 500hp. Others seem to like the mirages but I personally think the hull likes a larger diameter prop. The Ironman.

Ironman,

I have a 454 Mag (385 HP). I think the Bravo is the right prop for me. The Mirage+ seems OK in flat water, but not in the rough. I may try a Hydro.

Another 24 owner here has the 330 engine and he really likes the bravo1 but i think the 24" is a little too much pitch for the 330 it should be about right for your setup. hanna on the board has tried a lot of props and was selling some on the board.

The 26 Bravo that I borrowed I was turning to 5100 rpms. That prop was tweaked a bit. I just picked up a brand new 26 Bravo. I'll let you know how it works out.

Thanks,
Dave M.
