Offers compared to market value are a moot point. The point is simply that it was a NO reserve auction. A member here put in a bid of what he was willing to pay and the seller most likely ghost bid it above that price so he didn't have to sell it at that low number. If he didn't want to sell if for nothing he shouldn't have put it up as a no reserve auction.

There's absolutely no other point to make here folks.

My $.02

No I agree. Likely a ghost bid to drive it up which is retarted. But u never know the exact deal. The actual winner very well could have fallen through? U just never know ? But u can't freak out if you don't buy it for a steal... which anything under 40 would be. I'd prob do the same , put in your best offer and let the seller squirm... maybe he'll fold and someone will get a killer deal! Regardless good luck

i was high bidder for a while and sat theree for 4 days then the zero feedback wonder boy out i me and ended up winning the auction.. i was a serious bidder and was in the market with all of my finances in order to buy the boat but we were too far apart on price especially without a trailer. looked elsewhere and found a 28 single im going to pick up this weekend providing the sea trial goes well. wish me luck i may be a member of the pantera family in a few days

Sucks to be on that end of a crooked auction. Been there, done that.

Good luck on the new ride and keep us posted.
