What was their record time?
Love these long distance challenges. |
I left Miami on August 18, 1978 in a 24' Pantera w/ 2 Mercury outboards.
It took 42 hrs. NO GPS or radars etc. I had 2 compasses, "most" of the charts, an RDF and a VHF radio. Plus the desire to get to New York! Long story! pp. |
