Reality folks Reality. Look at what the internet has created...

No offense to any1 who enjoyes this sport and the cost it takes to do so. Maybe I am in a minority, but I know a few folks on this site can see where I am coming from
why didnt you buy the 25k boats?

So mgh why no ride still judging by your trickle down economics you should have a 24 & 28 for the cost of a big mac meal.

These are custom built boats not bayliners or tahoes.
Generally people that own them have a good grasp on their value and are not destitute or overly anxious to sell for a settled price.

Not to stir the pot but 'great shape' is a relative term......my boat is in pretty good shape and it is still a money pit.

And just asking.... why didnt you buy one of the 25k boats? holding out for them to drop to 10grand? blow up the 700hp motor you will need to make one of these run respectably fast and see what it costs to fix it.

I spent 30 grand on mine in the last 3 years. Brand new transom assembly, props, completely rebuilt 675HP motor, carbs, completely rebuilt drive, bilge redone, etc.

Unless you want to run a slow assed pantera you have to spend money. But what do I know........I want a skater but for now I will only run what I can afford to break.

Thats why I drive a Z06 instead of an F430......and a Pantera instead of a Skater.

Now that is one SWEET looking Pantera my friend!

Buyers determine the market...not the sellers ? Hmmmmmm...seems to me that the sellers are controlling what kind of boat you get, and how much you end up spending sir. I see a 18' Bayliner in your future. This sport costs money. Simple as that. Either you spend it...or you can nickel and dime your way thru it. If you choose the cheap way.....don't expect too many guys to tow you in. If you cant at least run with the pack....then stay on the dock...just make sure you wave when we all go by.

Yup exactly ,cant wait to see your deal of the century 28 and really cant wait to laugh when a motor or drive pops.

You creep around and only interject when talk of value comes up.
Then say how everybody is bat sh1t for pricing. But the facts are the facts, a lot of these ”crazy priced” boats sell eventually. And you still dont have one.

FOR SALE
Pantera 24 race boat G`d out
Merc 525 blower motor, bravo xr, fresh paint, and interior.

$650 b / o ” its a recession ”

Yup. Unless its some sort of distress sale most aren't going to give it away.
