What's it run in current form? HO cam and computer swap isn't that costly

not sure but i would think mid to upper 70's all day . i have herd that the ho boat's with that extra 50 hp each are running low 80's and i don't think 50 hp a side is that much more power for that size boat .

Hi MIKEBRIS 81mph turning bravo 1 with 1.50 gears and 28pitch bravo props turning out best so far with twin 496HO . the 24pitch on that boat for sale sounds a little small for top end if it has the 1.50 gears

He told me it has seen in the 60's but never really let it streatch its legs or cared to see what it had top end. Sharp looking boat for sure

Math says mid to upper 60s. Might be able to spool 26s though.

With the twin 496 Mag ( 375 HP ) on the non stepped 28' back then speeds were approximately 76-78 MPH on GPS and with the 496 HO - 425 HO 81-82 MPH.
