Here are a few more showing M-24 a Pantera 28' powered by triple 2.4 Mercs. Motors would be bolted directly to the transom since there was no aluminum outboard bracket at the time. My Father won alot of races with this 28' in 1979.

Here are some more. The 1st canopied race boat ever built back in 1985.It became a norm in offshore power boat racing after that. Pantera 28' powered by twin 600 HP small blocks.

My Father racing at Key West Worlds in 1980 when this awesome picture was taken in his Pantera 28' triple outboard.

One of the first Pantera 28' built. The other is an article done in an Italian Magazine on the Pantera 24' SE model.
