Still isn't wrapped yet....Now thinking of making a fairing instead of the windshield....Should I make a plexi or lexan fairing, or make one from plywood and glass over it? Which I rather not do, due to more body work. Should have done this when it was apart!

Or I can make a plywood one and glass it, and make it bolt on like the windshield does...Opinions?
Something like this..

Make it out of 1/4" aluminum and paint it . Look back at my post and thats what mine was made out of . Now it's on the combat zone boat . If you build it out of wood and glass your gonna need to build tabs to mount with .

I would definitely not do it like that! Imagine what happends when you stuff it in a wave and bang your head against that edge?

The mounting flange is fine though :P

Tomas what are you talking about stuffing for? We've all seen how high you fly your boat. That aluminum is protection for when you bump the chase copter....
He's got an SE style anyway. The screen will be 3' in front of him !

lol same thing happens if you stuff with a lexan, plexi, fiberglass or plain old windshield. getting scalped either way! Just depends on which material you want to hit! haha 280$ for a 4x8 sheet of 1/4 inch alum joe. should be here next week. Just don't know if I imron it, or powder coat.
