Y'all should realize that any new boats bought - is under control of court, so any delays or non purchase of equipment for those orders would be dealt with harshly by court...
In other words, Pantera, in Ch11, is the absolutely safest place to buy a boat today !! |

When a company is operating in ch11 any new $$$ are under strict reporting and if $$$ was not used for what it was received for then "poof" the operation would be shut down 123.
.... or if there was cash flow, which pantera obviously does not have with all these bs threads; a supposed expert would come to manage these $$$. So thats why a ch11 company is a safe place to purchase. |
