I never said I didn't have compassion for Berk.

But my point is you come on the owners forum with your panties in a wad thinking you know everything, and spewing drama like 14 year old girl. Gets old quick.

Ultimately, this will all be a moot point in a couple months if Obummer gets 4 more years. No one will have money and gas will get so high, no one will be running them. Taxes will prob be levied on any boat above 300 hp, and the only boat worth anything will be one made of gold or silver.

Actually gas was higher four years ago this month during the bush admin.

You can't post anything that tries to support all parties involved. I have never defended Pantera or bashed any purchasers. Hoped all would get their boats, money, etc., and that hopefully Pantera could rebuild and come out a better company. That will get you nothing but called a flag waver, dip****, etc. Bottom line is, most people on here hate the Pantera Company and want them gone. A hell of a lot of good that will do any existing customers waiting for boats.

I do not agree with anyone getting ****ed over. Just would like them to get what is owed and hope for the best with Pantera. Hopefully they could turn things around. nothing wrong with that. But I am a dumbass pantera owner. I have known about the probs for a long time. I always told my wife, if we want a new pantera, we would have a two year wait. I understand some might not know this. In the end it is where it is. Do Pantera owners take some of the comments personally, yea. Why, b/c some, if not basically all those that want Pantera gone will not even consider accepting any neutral comments. Say there are plenty of boat builders out there like Pantera. Name them. Ok, actie thunder, but who else builds a nice, solid boat in this size and price range. No other boats really compare. Don't even mention Baja, even if they do restart production, there is no comparison between the two.

I will reiterate that I hope for the best for all parties. With the larger boats delivered, etc. I had hoped that the financial difficulties of the past were over and done with. Only time will tell now.

I would like to know how things are progressing for Berk, if at all. I know he no longer wants his boat, but I still wish the best for him. hopefully he can either take delivery and enjoy or take delivery and sell.
