progression and superboat are both equal or better quality and will deliver when promissed. The bottom line is quality dont mean sh*t if you cant deliver a boat.

In their posts on this site they have blamed the economy after Sept. 11, 2001, the economy in 2007-8, their race boat accident/injury and their product under pricing as reasons for their myriad of problems but never once have they said a customers boat is way behind schedule because they don't have an adequate work force or their supplier isn't delivering the parts needed or they have a cash problem which are all self inflicted.

Yes bankruptcy is a legitimate option. Is a repeated history of court judgements against Pantera for non-payment to suppliers and customers since the early 1990's a legitimate way to run a business ?
