24 Pantera Racing

Went out and tested some more today, as always I started out with the Rev 4 but found myself sitting and looking at some other boats cruising at 81mph in 1ft chop. I almost got bored, that's how nice the Pantera rides! Hahaha
How do the rest of the 24 Panteras behave at those speeds?
The other prop I tested was the one I got with my previous boat, the 28 Pantera. I sold that prop a few years ago and it finally ended up at a friend of mine. It's a labbed 29P Bravo, I could only turn it to 4700 at 78MPH. The slip has always been awful with that prop.

Here's a few pics from the first real offshore race last weekend. 6ft waves and I needed a ballast tank badly, it was a pain in the a$$ to run with the tabs down, the boat leaned to one side or the other all the time and the tabs are so freaking fast so it was impossible to fine adjust them. It takes about 2seconds to go from up to down positions...
Anyway, here's a few pics.

Thanks Joe,
Yes I just rebuilt my drive trim pump that started out as a tab pump. It was wicked slow so I put in the largest volume pump module and now it's perfect!
The Dana tab stuff is what I got from Dana and I know others with similar problems.

I used Cyclecam to make the GPS file to put in the video. The GPS data I got from the Contour camera.
Is was a bit of work to get it working, and quite time consuming...
