I think the problem is that the whole thing would need to be done as basically a cash deal from start to finish. Cash to purchase it and then another 50-60k in cash to finish it. I'm guessing it's some sort of marine board certification. If it doesn't have an MSO, would that make any difference if someone paid cash and exported the boat? Certainly wouldn't matter at this end. Thanks payuppsucker, makes sense. Might make it very difficult to drag her out of the state and through customs for export if there is no MSO.
