Its kind of like an OPD overfill nozzle on a propane tank. Same physical size tank- you just get "about" 20% of the capacity reduced.

I am keeping the VR 1 for a long long time.

Well that doesn't surprise me, it's funny out east here we don't have those at hardly any pumps. (The vapor recovery handles).
Is that a national or CA rule only?

We dont even have those vapor recovery nozzles at the regular gas stations. I was in shock when I moved out here, no smog checks etc......

Pantera's unique business practices doomed them regardless of where the economy or industry went.

I just don't think that is even remotely possible now, what is the cost of even a complete 496/Bravo setup new, must be 25k or more? Plus all the rigging etc I bet you would spend 50k on strictly materials, no labor or overhead, on a single 25-30 foot boat.

its EPA mandated for fuel permeation and fuel spillage and fuel seepage and so on for all USA states that apply to all marine builders.

Instead of writing all this out ------ read away and watch the videos. All EPA regulations USA all states. It s has been effective now for a couple at the very least.
