Top,
When I talked with the sec. last Tues. she said we were close to 60. That was great news to me. Last year we signed up almost 25 within five days of the event. I think everybody waits for the weather forecast, which I must add is looking Fantastic for the event! I checked the 10 day for Himrod NY tonight and it says partly cloudy, 77 degrees, and a 20% chance of Precip. (PLEASE - EVERYBODY THAT READS THIS KNOCK ON WOOD ) I'm getting excited just to see the new boats coming for this years run.

A little update:
Today has been very busy. Unless we have an absolute catostrophic act from the man himself, we should see 80 or even (this would be awesome)close to 90 boats this year. Currently we have over 65 registered. Today I have recieved 11 emails and 3 phone calls regarding registration on Saturday morning, one of which was obtaining info for ten other boats!! Historically we have had between 20-25 register the week of/ Day of the event (you know waiting for the weather) . This would be an absolute Grand Slam if we hit 100 Boats!
I gotta tell everybody, lately I've been working my a$$ off. Between work and weather I haven't had a whole lot of time to get out on the water yet this season. I'm ready to party my ACE off!! I hope everybody is ready..........
I know I posted it before, my cell number is 607-742-3237 if anybody has any q's about the run. If you don't get me, leave a message and I'll get you.
Bill

Hey Scott,
Just a little info for you: In article 77 paragraph 4 sub article F on page 234 of the Bi-Laws of the SPBA, it clearly states, in plain English, (and in Spanish) that each current, non current, complete stranger, or distant relative, that is, was, or is planning or was planning and then forgot about becoming a member of the Seneca Power Boat Association, also known as the SPBA, who purchases a new, used, previously enjoyed, or any object that remotely resembles a boat, made of materials consisting of: carbon fiber, Fiberglass, aluminum, steal, plexi-glass, tin, wood or any other material known and unknown to mankind, must have the vessel inspected by the current president & vice president (in the event of heart failure at least two members of the board are needed)of the above mentioned organization, or SPBA. The inspection must consist of a visual overview, with of course, complete analysis on h.p. ratings, overall performance, and overall visual appeal. The inspection must include a ride at wide open throttle for a time period of AT LEAST ten (10) - Ninety (90)minutes. After completion of the inspection you will receive notification ( I-1073-GU Form) which entitles you to full membership privileges in the Seneca Power Boat Association including but not limited to: Pirating, Drinking, Unmentionable activities at the Tikki Bar, as well as free membership in the ULTRA exclusive Newly remodeled Seneca Bait & Beer not to mention all of the activities which are included with standard membership fee's.
To schedule your inspection you can call 1-900-hot-Girl ext. 711 or by calling my cell number listed above.
Thank you

Mr. Scott C.

I think the PREZ has that one covered pretty well. He may have forgot a line or two of that legal jargon but in layman's terms.................... YOU OWE US A RIDE !!!!!!

Oh yeah -- that same bi-law stuff goes for Mr. Bill M. as well
