I'd definitely go Renntech for MB. They build some fast stuff. The E55 is a nice rig.

Grand Slam would be a great one for you. Alot of boats you size on the lake, Very nice Yacht club for the run on a laid back not so developed lake, I assume that is why you don't care for LOTO. Also one of the best showing of high performance boats you will find anywhere. And don't forget the sbrt bashing, "priceless".
