I spoke with him latter that night at Cavillaio's Bar, and he told me he thought it was a 45 mph limit. Its 35, or even 30 through there.
I seen them leave, and then make a pass and I new then, they would be in schit.
Come to think of it, I forget if the cops wrote them up or not.....

That map was given to a Donzi.net member in 2003 during the annual 1000 Islands Donzi Run - The Sound of Thunder.
The un-named active OSO and DOnzi.net member took his 22 Classic out for a quick run before dinner Saturday night. When the 3 fresh faced, flak jacketed Coasties pulled him over, and saw the FLA registration, the Captain's first words were "Sir, you're not from around here, are you?"
They handed us the map of the speed zone, asked us to be careful, and to remind GEOO that while 100 mph flyby's in an X-18 in front of Boldt Castle was tolerated on a gloomy day when no one was out, it wouldn't be tolerated tomorrow....
It's always been to Fishers Landing, but I think depending on traffic you might catch a break West of the Bridge.
