Another option is to tie up at Jamestown Marina across the cove and take the shuttle across. You could ask someone with a houseboat to tie up at their stern. The idle around back is long, but probably well worth it.
I thought about running in it with a few people but this trip turned into a family deal so didnt want to pony up for 12 people in the run. Also I saw some realy nice boats last year and wasent sure about mine being entered . 60 65 is about all she has and 40 45 at cruise, didnt want to embaris myself. The craftmanship and motors on allot of these boats is unbelievable Im not at that caliber. I keep telling myself I dont have 1/4 mill in it that helps a little HA HA

Red,
I ran it in my 25 eagle with my wife, 6 and 2 year old one time and had a blast. Make the others pay there way and go. Run what you have and enjoy it.....Eric

Considering this a Bad Influence scouting trip...departure in 1/2 hour. Should things go well, we will be there in force next year! Look for the skull'n'bones logos on the dock and say hi!

Houseboat I was on last night on state dock was next to a Houseboat that had several people on it that were pretty close to him, as I was the there around 1 or 2 water patrol came & informed them of what had happened, he apparently went down a slide on a house boat & hit another boat knocked him unconsious people dove in & just couldn't get him.... My prayers go out to his friends & family
