Try Conley Bottoms about 20 minutes up the lake. We have stayed there and boated down to Harmon Creek everyday we were there. We had a blast and got plenty of boat rides, LOL. In the evening on the way back there was always a few boats going back up the lake.

See if there is a small house boat for rent! I've been down several times, and keep in mind bring food and drinks to last for the time you are there, its a dry county

It's that time of the year again, my favorite weekend of them all. First time that I don't have a boat though. Hope I survive.

As I said on BBO meet us at the launch at the dam on Thursday we'll walk you through the weekend. We are known to get a little crazy down there though.

Is anyone interested in doing a Fun Run on Friday up to Conley to get lunch?

We did it last year and had a good time.

Hey guys, haven't heard anyone mention Wold Creek Marina. I booked my slip a month or so ago, and they still had slips available and it's only less than 10 minute boat ride to the State and Jamestown marinas. (270) 866-3634. I can't wait!!! This is my first time, yet my sister and husband have a cabin there and they say that this is a must go to event every year!!

I thought there were a few issues last year and some were upset...I am not sure the real reason though. We had a good time though. If our plans work out we would run somewhere for lunch.
