Update as it stands. Ugly johns says its looking really good for the shoot out poker run weekend. He will have more definition by January obviously when he presents it to the GRDA. We are all working very hard make this happen. Be sure to have your boats ready for this one boys. Wonder if its too late to ask Santa for bigger motors for Christmas?

Hello fellas. Jeremy and I were thinking that the shootout would probably work well in horse creek. From Bernice bridge down to snake island. From my calculations I figure 2.8 miles worth on strait shot run to shut down. How long is the corse at LOTO? Classes? How do you guys want to class the boats for speed. Let me know what you guys want to see done for this shoot out. We would like to hear input. Still looking strong for this to happen.

Update for grand lake shootout!!!! Despite the cold weather it's getting pretty hot around here!! Still in the beginning stages of the shootout planning. I welcome all of your input on the matter. Sounds like it's going to be a good summer lots of stuff going on this year on our pond.

On thing to take note of in that area of Horse creek is the wind. The chop can be really bad if the wind is coming due South.
