I would love to be able to find him a seat/bolster to make the Chicago Run, or even just a couple stops on his home turf. (He can have his Wife pick him up somewhere.) Gas, beer. food, etc. etc., covered without question.
Thank you all very much.

Wished I could make it for The Chicago Poker Run with all you good people----it sounds like a lot of fun, but I believe your poker run is on the same weekend as the Northern Fun Run up on Lake Charlevoix and I have been wanting to boat up there for several years now. Anyway, sounds like you (Dan, Mark, and Steve---and whoever else is involved) have a good thing going on with your new boat club (Chicago Boat Club).

Brian,
I don't have any spare seats for the Poker Run. I would be willing to give your Dad a ride some other weekend. Maybe catch a flight out here and I could give your Dad and yourself a ride one weekend. Just an idea. Keep checking this thread someone may have room for the Poker Run.

I spoke to Brian, and it looks like his dad will be joining us. Since several of you have full boats already, we will have extra seats available for anyone that is unable to run their boat. Just let me know, the same goes for the June 25th run.

Everyone,
THANK YOU so much for your hospitality. I would love to do some boating in the Chi-town area one day, however, I am afraid I would be boat-sick without my own. If I do make a Run, it would be last minute, and I will look some of you up.
Donna, I passed your number to my Father, Tom a few minutes ago. I encouraged him to join you all on the fun run on 25 June as well. I think the BT will be just his and his wife's speed, and if he feels froggy, I am sure he will look for one of you faster scooters up there. He is an avid member of two of the Chicago Corvette Clubs, so he knows how things work. Perhaps you all can convince him to join COPS.
Thanks again everyone, and if you find yourselves in DC, look a brother up.
