Winning four out of the five Grands Prix we started (having missed the opening event) is one helluva achievement and to Brian Forehand and all the boys at the Fountain factory, who worked day and night to build our boat back in April, we are extremely grateful. Thanks. Hopefully you will all get to see how we beat everyone when the series is shown on Speedvision later this fall. The King of Shaves-Fountain Worldwide entry was an awesome package.
Great job by the whole team hope to see you in Key West !

thanks guys.
It was a tough season travelling back and forth.
The P1 series is a top class series. They will be coming to Key west to check out how we do it over here.

The more the merrier. Bring them on. It's shaping up to become a great series. We want more opposition. It raises the standard to even greater levels which is what the series wants. There's even talk of reducing the minimum weight 4000 kilos in the Evo class to encourage more SuperVee hulls to take part. That'll screw the big diesels like Wett.punkt, Fainplast and Kiton but the series has moved away from genuine Endurance boats to circult style racers. It's a tough call but the promoters want close shore racing for the crowds and TV. Multi lap format and all that jazz!

The Powerboat P1 senior management are planning to be in Key West for the Worlds so if you need any more info, they will be there to answer your questions.

Not to sound stupid here, but could we have the HP to weight ratio in pounds? If the King of Shaves is coming to KW, We have a lot of V's with no real specific class. If I am not mistaken, 5 Boats make a class in SBI. I would love to power up and play................Smitty
