I know you've stated you didn't use it much but remember you only live once and I know I MAKE time to go out and use mine, hopfully things may turn around and you won't sell it and enjoy it more.......

I hear ya Jason...I've pretty much lived my life like that, but now I'm trying to grow two businesses and at the end of the week my tired a$$ 50 year old body is worn out. Dragging around a big boat is becoming more and more of a POA and I'll probably downsize so I can get back into rack storage again. The biggest boat they take is a 28...so maybe a smaller PP some year is in the books

No enclosed head...porta pot just aft of the V-berth bulkhead. Two small closets on either side of the companionway. Just a typical mid sized go-fast layout.
