So maybe this is just too obvious...but couldn't you just peek in the side vents with a flashlight to see if there were engines present?

They "don't know" if it has engines? That is crazy! It takes a couple minutes to use a jump box and open a hatch.

it will probably be bid up high then relisted for nonpayment,,, IMO
