Everything in sight looks to be present and accounted for. Could be a good sign. Seems many boats that are ditched and parted out don't have drives attached, but ya never know. Thinking out loud.
Perhaps the trailer isn't part of a repo or they're gonna squeeze a few more bucks out by offering it separately after the sale. Again, more speculation.

Thats true...but them being a repo company you would think hot wiring it just to open the hatches to show the engines would be easy enough to do for them.....

I can't get some folks to open the hatch to a boat that has keys and is at a car lot with a repair facility on site (just dead batts) cause the people have "other things to do". I am sure that if this boat is at a recovery place they just don't care to much more than just sell it and recover their money.
