There isn't much going on there based on the number of cars in the parking lot. There are 3 or 4 every time I go by.

Their approach is certainly an interesting one to launching a newer, better, more expensive PQ...

Given the market - not sure why anyone would want to re-open or introduce anything new. I can't believe any boat dealers are looking to carry new lines or inventory at this point.

IMO the best thing the new owners can do is be patient and use this time to re-work molds and get the factory in order. I sure wouldn't be wanting to put an employee payroll and inventory of materials on in this economy.

So Powerquest spare us all the grief and put up a sign that says "Closed for Good" and the rest of us can carry on with our lives and look at other units without the "well I hope some day" anxiety involved in the waiting......

My bet is they end up coming back - but the timing will be determined by the economy rather than some folks anxiety level.

My 2 bits is on either a 2010 or 2011 model. I wouldn't bet on a 2009 model. Banking and lending industry needs to fix itself first.

What number did you call? I have been trying to call the factory for some time and nobody answers. I have left messages on their voicemail but they have never called me back.

Dash panel,PQ stickers,8 yards of vinyl, engine hatch insulator and some other small stuff,
All I can say its never been a problem,I hate to compare them to anybody but its like calling Sunsation, you get to talk to someone that knows the product and not a phone/secretary,last month I was having some electrical issues with the boat,I called the factory and spoke with Bob,1/2 hour later Rick called from the factory spend over a hour on the phone with me,faxed me all the wireing schematics, and called me the next day to answer a couple of more questions, and my boat is a 2000.
I dont know too many other boat manufactures that do that.
