I just purchased a 2000 Powerquest 280 Silencer. I wanted to know the weight of the boat. PQ's web page says it weighs 7500lbs, it also says it 33'9" in length. I don't think thats right. Any one know the actuall weight. I want to know if my trailer from my old boat will hold it.

I have a 1999 brochure that says the 280 weighs approximately 4800 lbs and is 27’ 7”.
