A few reasons:
1. Most that are going to spend that money will buy new or what they want.
2. The hours on the motors IMO, but Sunsation has used the 700's for all those hours trouble free. Great motors! But who ever is going to purchase knows a rebuild is in the future.
3. They just sold another new F4 so that tells me most peeps with that kind of money want it thier way.

Actually you're right... I passed on a clean 288 w/ 525merc to buy my 290... and will probably pass again on good deals on 32's when I move up to a 340 or 380 in a year or two

You can probably find an excursion or 3/4 sub pretty cheap, maybe just a third vehicle? And of course good trailer brakes. I have a 34' scarab and the Powerstroke Excursion was the best thing I have towed with yet. Beats the 1 ton cummins and 3/4 ton duramax I have towed it with.

I've looked at a few 7.3 excursions I really like them...6.0's aren't bad in stock form either but i work for GM so it'd have to be a hell of a deal to go Ford
