The 29 outlaw was small in comparison, we were truly shocked at the difference. We even thought about a 288 but decided we would have had to go to a 32 or 36 to be happy and well those 36 aren't exactly cheap right now.

The nice thing about the 300 when compared to my 290 is that even tho the LOA is only a foot longer, the running surface is almost 3 feet longer and is still faster with the twin-step... Also they have much more room in the engine bay. No comparison between a 29 outlaw and 300 Revenge.

The running surface on a 300 is within a foot of the running surface of the 34 vyper

It's true... my buddies up @ Torch have a very nice 99 vyper, tons of room compared to my 290 and the 300, but with the molded swim platform the running surface is a good 3.5 feet less than the LOA

I'll still consider buying one if uncle Calvin doesn't wana wheel & deal on the big chit

What is the running surface on a 38?
