Thats what he told me on the phone the other day. He wants to buy one now since the housing market is in the toilet. I guess the reason he went this week is because he was taking delivery of his 32 concept. He got a real good deal on it because it was a repo. Hopefully he gets the house, he has been working on the deal for a while now.
